Junan Taiso - Body Conditioning
Ukemi - Methods of receiving attacks without injury
Taihenjutsu
- Evading, escaping, and countering attacks
Dakentaijutsu - Striking methods to include:
Koppojutsu - Use of
solid body parts to break bones, balance, and structure.
Koshijutsu - Use of fingers and toes to grip, tear, gouge,
and stab vulnerable areas of anatomy.
Jutaijutsu - Grappling to include: joint-manipulations, leveraging, and chokes.
Nage
Waza - Rising and sinking throws
Bugu - Weapon awareness and usage, see below:
